Bar cul, if it was dumbell curl, that will be very havy, and I could not concentrat.

"did you like close grip bench press for triceps?" This exercice works to much your chest, more any way than your tricep, so when I do tricep, I do tricep.
"did you like dips with upright body position for triceps?" Same answer than above.
