How many people would rather be a fat strong as f**k powerlifter or bodybuilder over someone who do incredible things with their bodies (like Freerunners) when you are on survival mode in the wilderness.  WHen it comes down to it like hiking, traversing, rock climbing, hanging and all round endurance I would muchrather be someone who has functional strength like a gymnast or Freerunner.  Imagine going across a wooden bridge and it collapses.  You have to hang on.  How long do you think a powerlifter or bodybuilder is going to be able to hang on compared to the others.  Not Long.

Put a shirt or sweater on them and you couldn't tell that they worked out...no thanks.
