 Keep in mind that Ronnie used a NEBULA Leg Press in that video.

 To the virgins who don't know...that particular leg press is at a very very low angle. 35 degrees. The platform is made so when you cock the seat back and put the feet up high...it is even easier.

 Dont get me wrong...it was still impressive but put Ronnie on the Cybex linear bearing leg press that Yates loved so much I doubt Ronnie would be pressing 2000+lbs.

 To be honest...I have the Flex Equipment leg press Jay used in Ripped To Shreds. With the seat not cocked all the way up but not at the lowest position...right in the middle I use 10 plates a side for a hard 10 reps.

 On the NEBULA model I can probably add another 3-4 plates a side.

so basically you and jay use the same amount of weight, using the same exercise and the same legpress. and he's 300 pounds with some of the biggest legs in the business, and yet we're supposed to be impressed with jays performance (well at least sarcasm is) ?
