Yep. And Freddy is doing my prep. He knows his shit. He has me pegged, as you can see, I am off to a strong start, and I think he can dial me in this year.....could be interesting.

Thick necks rule. Gyms are to pussy now a days to have a neck machine. The neck braces are OK but you have to get the sides if you want a really thick neck.  One way to do get the sides of the neck is  to attach the harness to the rowing machine and sit sideways on the bench part. It is awkward but works.
