Do you think this small break helped? I remember you said you don't take any breaks from training.I find that de-loading or taking maybe a week off every 3 months or so is helpful.
Coach, what do you think of Rack Pulls or Rack Deadlifts for adding muscle mass to the back.Would you try to do them real heavy, or go for high reps? Do you have any other tips for adding thickness to the back, especially the middle back.
i hate heavy deadlift, in early days i injured my spinals bcz doing it.bent-over rows is no.1 for adding mass to the back.

not many, and i DON'T believe personal trainer such thing.
