Thanx. You will understand what i say. If you go to see a competition or compete.I understand its difficult for you in India. But,someday i hope you see some local contest and youll surprised at how they are good.
So remember,having procard means he have stood on the summit of numerous amateur once.
First you must win local show,second you must win provincial show,3rd you must win national level of your country,4th you must win a world title.These are steps to get procard.
Thats why i have tremendous respect to pros.

i do know about bodybuilding and to be a pro one has to win a world title.anyways you got my respect(i never disrespected you in the first place,i was just messin around with you)

Well.This side chest is when i did guest pose in a party.If somebody give me an advise,i post other real conditioned pic too.

My weight was only 75kg
My height is 171cm

Soon i would like to compete one last time.
Now my weight is 110kg. But I will be 85kg

Last time i have competed at welter weight at 1995 with only 75kg.I took 5th in IFBB Barcelona and 3rd in Wabba barcelona and best poser award.
If you want,i will search for my room and find them out.But,maybe they are in Japan.

By the way, thank you Getbiggers for motivation.
As i said,this pic was taken 10 years ago. So I have made tremendous leap since then.And the people of the gym also shove me a lot to compete again.
This time i would like to compete for this Autumn show(National qualifer for Spain).And i will post countdown pic in future for you guys(maybe for laugh? ).
I love compete in bbing contest especially making free posing routine is extremely fun for me.
Now a day,people compete in the contest with incredible condition and mass.As a natural BBer,i dont try to win the title but i will present a physic and performance that will convince a lot of audience.And maybe for final dialing,i would like to ask many advise to the great champ Paco Bautista.And taking pics and post here!
So it will be very interesting.
