not much leg action in my deadlifts... and my poundages have remained stagnant in the big lifts that ive consistantly been doing ssince before dieting...but on the other lifts that are strictly isolation; my progress has remainied the same as when i was getting 300+ grams of carbs a day (aka fatty status)..... and deads are going up really really fast....as i up untill about two months ago i only did them maybe once every two months...and i took it real easy. lately ive ben starying with deads, and going full out for 5-6 sets of heavy weights in the 5-8 rep rang..sometimes just loading up as much as i can get for a couple tough ones to finish out my work sets. quads and hams are on seperate days too...my leg day is just quads/calves
