Maybe he meant he squatted over the toilet once and released 700 pounds of Semen he had in him from his "model" friends.

545 deadlift, at least get your story straight. and those numbers for a guy around 230 at 5'9", while very good, are not outside the realm of possibility.

actually i'm 5'11", MM, but yeah, those weights are nothing and i've said that a million times, i'm FAR from strong.
