Go to the thread and quote the post you want. Then, highlight the whole thing, including the [quote author =..................all the way upto the end [/quote]. When the whole thing's been selected (it'll be highlighted in blue), you need to press Ctrl & C to copy it (or right click on the highlighted quote and left click on copy).
