NOT-AT-ALL!

Then Col. Troutman comes in and tells them all of Rambos war credentials and how honorable in the service he is and then says...

" no no no...I'm not here to rescure Rambo from you people...I'm here to rescue you from HIM..."

tie between first blood and they live.

"life's a bitch, and she's back in heat!"

"Are you telling me that 200 of our men against your boy is a no-win situation for us?
"You send that many, don't forget one thing.
"What?"
"A good supply of body bags."

Apocolypse Now

1979.

Anyways, First Blood is THE BEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME, hands down.

blockhead, you forget the priceless look on dennehey's face when trautman tells him who he's fucking with.  he had that classic "oh shit" face.

since i saw that movie as a young pimp, i always wanted to get the "rambo knife".  it's made by Lile.  Sadly, the man who made it, Lile himself died and then his shitty family sold off the company to some China's.

Anyways, when you watch the movie again, when he melts down and pwns the entire police station, pause the movie for a second and go "now, was that really necessary?"  he destroyed dudes.  He even broke that one dude's nose who wasn't even trying to stop him, he was just carrying some paperwork.

"What do you hunt with a knife like this?  Elephants"

"Hey Mitch, make sure you get him behind the ears!!!11  (cue ass shot)"

No, because Dutch's last name is Schaeffer.  But you say to yourself "Power Rod, maybe they just changed his name to protect his identity in Commando".

Well they didn't, because his old commander and Bennet and everyone refer to him as Matrix, and they all knew him before he retired and moved out to the mountains to carry 20 ft. logs on his shoulder.

Yea...when I was a young and up and comming player...like around 7 or 8, my dad got me a 'Rambo Knife'. Had a compass on the bottom of the handle and if you twist off the end cap...held matches, string and whatever els.

Hahaha. I threw it against a tree to try to get it to stick? Broke right off. Hahahahahaha!

Then when I saw Rambo...I wanted a Bow and Arrow. Hahahahaha!

it's up there, but best? i don't know about that. i'd at least put the aforementioned apocalypse now over it, specifically the redux.

Yea I heard that Predator was kind of a prequel to the charatcer or something.

 It's too deep. I'll get a headache.

Know the music in Commando...when he's carrying the logs and all that? Or even when he's in the mall following 'Sully'? That shit is in my head all day long!

yeah ok, like some dude named Marlon Brando in a movie directed by some douchebag Francis Ford Coppola (who?) can ever match up to the multiple award winning performances of Sylvester Stallone under the guidance of none other than Ted Kotcheff, who directed not one, but five Red Shoe Diaries episodes, as well as the original Fun with Dick and Jane.

lol, we are a dying breed.  That music also rings in my head whenever I'm about to unleash hell on whatever daily event I'm participating in, whether it's showing my women how lightning's made in the bedroom or something as simple as taking a dump.

Predator was Arnold's best movie by far.

Commando sucked by comparison.... it was way too cheeseball.

I know.

When I tie my shoes or put my jacket on or even buckle my belt? The scene in Commanod when he's putting on all his gear on the beachfront dominates my thoughts...

When I drive to work or to the gym...no matter what is on the radio all I hear is "..tooty fruity...on roooty...tooty fruity..whooooo...''

 Hahahaha...

Yup. Commando was disappointing, like a Stallone movie or comic book.
