I do legs every friday, then band plays on friday night. (I wait for sat if we play sat night)
After the weights, i do 30 min of intervals (1.5 mph/4.5mph alternating each minute) while I raise the incline from 1 to 15.
then I limp home, eat, deuce, shower, drink a half gal of water, drive to the show, then have 1-2 long islands before taking the stage. Play 4 hours, come home and have a giant chicken salad that i planned, crash, and wake up with some really sore legs.
