How many people have heard of this?

Is there any truth to this phrase?

Many times someone would say, 'HE gots that 'old man stregth', it just comes with age...you just get stronger ...'

... Do humans grow stronger naturally after a point in thier life?

PM Richard2004, Judging by his posts he seems to have gained WSM strenght as he aged.
