also, i don't need to be giving myself any kind of body dysmorphia. if all you guys on here scrutinized your own bodies the way you do the pros, you'd be in mental hospitals being treated for eating disorders with IVs in your arms.

Everybody on here is a "street fighter" that could kick your ass or order a professional "hit" on you.

i just looked at these pics again and the reason the back looks so impressive is partly because of the weight belt. yes the back, with or without the belt, is insane by any standards. but when people are saying this is the best back shot of all time its deceptive since the weight belt gives the impression that the lats insert very low, but if you take off the belt theres a good 6-7 inches before the hips start. colemans and dorians backs seem to insert lower than joel's, so when the belt comes off its a much different image.

Good point, but if you are talking about the back only as a body part, then you would have to say, that there has never been anyone even close to this guy. I'm not talking about a back double biceps pose, or a rear lat spread, where you take into consideration everything from the ankles to the wrists, and in between, what I'm saying is ther has never been a better "back", from the waist to the top of the neck, and not including the arms...

Actually, in a past issue of MD, he was in there without a weight belt... I'll be honest, his back looked pretty much exactly the same.

Definitely the best back in the business... maybe of all time, but we all know that unless you have a great everything, you'll never be the top dog. (sometimes you aren't the top dog when you DO have everything).
