The dirt comes from working hard and building the greatest nation in the world. Anybody wants to stand out and be proud (I just stepped forward for you) ?

when will jay start training seriously for the O or is he already doing that?

Willie, right now Jay is training at about 75-80% capacity but 4 months out from the show, everything will stop, his travelling, etc..  It will be 100% back to Mr. Olympia training.  The good thing is that he'll be in great condition already, just like he did last year, he'll put on muscle as he diets down.  No doubt that we will see an improve Jay in 2007.

I dont think Ronnie will beat jay this year  :(

I think Ronnie will bring a slightly imperfect, completely shredded physique to the O in 2007.

I think he will be beaten by a slightly imbalanced Cutler who learned to play ball this year.

Cutler is a friendly, safe, and very visible presence in the sport this year.  Very good to see it.
