mmm thats a heavy lift but branch is a big guy if he wasnt pushing that or should i say couldnt that i would be suprised..
i finished off my dumbell presses today 145 lbs dumbells 6 reps i weigh nowhere near brach of carry his muscle mass
so yeah branch should be pushing 170's easy

anything is "possible" but i have a very, very hard time believing a guy your size can press the 145's for 6, anytime ANYONE makes a claim that sounds exaggerated i'm going to call them on it.

From what I have seen 120s for 8 ...MAX.... I knew this cop that did the 160s for like 4 and he was friggin huge, he did 145s for only 6. Your no where near that .

thats after bench press... 315 for 9
inclines up to 275
 thats chest
these arent max out sessions
just my last 2 chest sessions taped
