Clinton's sex life didn't have any effect on government policy. On the other hand, Bush's political and religious outlook does have an effect on government policy. The man claims that marijuana is a dangerous gateway drug, but is a documented alcohol and cocaine user. Plus his religious outlook is the reason he's against stemcell research.

I think the alleged "lies" involve whether Saddam had WMDs and whether he was a threat.  The problem with these "lies" is they were being told by members of Congress long before Bush took office.
