Rape is rape whether it is on film or not.  I was only referring to date rape allegations.  Rape is a horrible crime.  I'm only saying I don't automatically assume a guy is guilty of rape when date rape allegations are made.  Like Kate Faber, the Kobe Bryant accuser.  Her allegations were completely made up IMO.  Same with the Duke Lacrosse accuser.  I read a story about how often false rape allegations are made.  Frightening (if you're a guy).

no kidding.  if i was ever single again, i'd be requiring dates to sign a permission slip before things started.  it just takes one headcase to completely destory your life, should she choose.  The system is very weak in this area.
