i dunno man. some guys just have fairly thick forearms. his look bigger than mine and mine are over 15". of course, structure has a lot to do with that, and a half inch can make a big difference visually.

I don't think Goudy knows how to measure properly. No offence but once you do you will make much better gains.

I'd give him 18.5" or so on the upper at that height especially if that's his dominant side. My arms are 18" and He's taller and SIGNIFICANTLY more cut up. You don't move that kind of weight without getting good size. My forearms however are suck. 14" I'd give him 18.5" and 14-15" on the forearm. DAMN good sized arms for someone that's a natural THAT lean. YOU can have huge arms as a natural but they're just big and nothing else. His are large and lean. VERY impressive. What kind of weights are you curling bro? Most people have to move 70-80lbs dumbbells naturally to get 18+inches or better unless they're all tricep.

My bad Goudy I didn't know.. I thought you meant you have some goosebumps or something...

I wouldn't be making a point of how big your forearms are.. many tall people have big forearms and legs just from a little dedicated training.

Even billyguns has some forearms.. Now your arms are pretty good and you have good overall size on the upperbody.

I would try to bring attention to those legs though.. maybe that would help you get on track and train them harder.

i dont know what all the fuss is about. your tall and im sure an imposing dude in person. however, your not that muscular and your forarms do not look very muscular. especially in the pic with the shrit, theres not thickness there.

your big and lean and have a good build but your not exactly very muscular, no roundness, or depth.


i give your forarm 15 at max, and its due to bone structure, they arent "freaky" by any means.
