so im rested up after the weekand got home from work and ready to train.
i stretch then do a warm up set with the bar for 15 cool then another warm up set with 135-12 then i throw on 225 which should basicly feel like another warm up set for ten and then it happen during the set i felt a really bad pull. after that set i didnt do anymore flat bench and thought i might be ok to try some incline dumbell presses i did a set and im like this isnt worth the risk. so i ditched the chest workout. years ago i had a similiar experience on decline barbell presses... i guess ill just take the rest of this week off since it feels pretty bad i dont even wanna train any other muscle because of any secondary work my pecs might feel.... i guess from now on im gonna stick to incline barbells and dumbells for the rest of pressing movments...
