In the vidoe, Jay Moore is the one overacting. They do not throw bars across the gym and knock shit over. They don't sling weights off of the leg press. However, they do train hard and fast. They move the weight until it can't move anymore. If they can get a partial out of it, then it is helping to fire the muscle. It is truly total failure with Branch.
Branch is doing more than half reps, of rth emost part. He doesn't fully lock out on his presses, because it thows his front delts into the movement. Look at his chest, and look at yours.....I guearantee yours isn't as thick, full, hard, vascular, grainy, and striated as his. He must be doing something right!!!
