I saw this dude in a lot of videos training with ronnie. watch, as he almost break his foot trying to rerack a 190lbs dumbbell...hahaha....mon ster lack of focus

yep thats his.... i think he started out as a bantamweight and just started working with ronnie pretty much being his assistant at the gym.
