yep, but I'm still making good money.  Its best to have multiple sources of income rather than one for stability

You know Vince your illusion that what you make is good money is actually below poverty level.  I mean you come on here bragging about all the shit you do and then tell us you are kicking ass making $500 or $1000 a month extra.  On top of the awesome $1700 a month or whatever.  Maybe the trailer park you live in is very cheap, is that it.

Joselyn Peters.  :)

If Venom Vince starts looking like Joselyn, he definitely got himself some good gear.  What an improvement that would be.

Don't worry you can trim down. Just need to use that excess adipose tissue as energy.

In a previous post you said you were in the ring wrestling and Goodrum was in the audience trying to warm the crowd up. What did he do? You mentioned his doing pushups. Can you recount in more detail what he did that made him look like a nut case?

Along with my full time job right now I have that pays about 3000 a month, it all adds up, fat ass.  Even after I leave, with my experience I can go to any communications job.  I haven't even mentioned my other investments

Multiple sources of income add up onlyme, just like multiple sources of food makes you fatter every day

And as far as the wrestling business is concerned, I've left that far behind

Wow!! Oh my golly-gee whiz that's amazing!!!

Outside of the push ups, he did a lot of shooting on everything that happened in the ring. By shooting, I mean that he would diss the performance of the guys in the ring. You know, like saying stuff did not look real and so forth. As someone who was supposedly in the business at some point, he should know that you just are not supposed to do that. I told him when we talked later that the best way to keep heat on the match is to act like a fan and over look mistakes and so forth.

Any way, I just remember him saying how he used to do this (wrestling), and should get back into the ring to show us all how it is done. Like he was the best worker in the building, but somehow limited his greatness to ringside. He also insulted how we looked, and continue to pose at ringside.

However I told him about all this stuff on our conversations about it later. The real funny stuff happened later in the parking lot. Remember this was either late 2003 or early 2004, and he looked like those pictures you guys make fun of around here. Anyway, he told me about his business, and offered his training and nutrition services. He also told me about the danger of andro products. I just assumed from looking at him that he was one of those people who looked in the mirror and witnessed something different. Like reverse anorexia. Meanwhile, I had some pretty incredible looking people advising me about lifting elsewhere, so I laughed at the situation.

That night I went from pissed off to really confused. I remember wanting to go to the parking lot to invite him to get in the ring and work me. My intention at that point was to shoot on him in the ring. However he was very nice, and completely different than his in-crowd persona. So I figured that when he told me that stuff about his business that there was something wrong with him. Maybe something mentally wrong, so I simply walked back inside the building.

Remember though, that was only that night. He is still a really cool guy, and he has top notch gym manners. I think he had good intentions that night, but he does not really have the best understanding of how that stuff worked. I personally like the guy, I think he means well. We just agreed to disagree on some things.

Honestly, the term good money pisses me off.  ;D  This would imply there is such a thing as bad money.  All money is good money.  :)

I agree with you on multiple revenue streams.  That is my goal for this year - to expand more rather than become complacent in not having multiple streams of income.

Bro, again, at least I was putting my money where my mouth was in the donation bin in part for you and the rest of the workers where you problably wouldn't have even gotten a dime.  Even so, it didn't make a difference.  The WWC promotion in the ground unfortunately and even if Brodie starts it back, there won't be a pot to piss in because everyone won't come unless he charges donation.

Truth is that you should be the one embarrassed.  You guys were wrestling for donations, in a sense like the guy with a saxaphone and a hat on the ground for people to throw nickels and dimes into.  At least I tried to help out, did anyone else???  Fuck no.  Wrestling rules doesn't apply when you are wrestling for NO MONEY.

Now Dev, I've at least been nice enough not to tell everyone why you were kicked out of the WWC.  I have your version of you quiting and I have Brodie's version of him kicking you out.  Honestly, I could care less as it wasn't my business...... ;D

Nick Chunias is a millionaire because he gives 10-12% commission and he keeps the other 30% along with being paid for web design and hosting.  I would do the same too if I could get away with it ;D

Nick Chunias is a millionaire because he gives 10-12% commission and he keeps the other 30% along with being paid for web design and hosting.  I would do the same too if I could get away with it ;D

That is how I started in bodybuilding online - by paying him $2,000 to start my first website along with $200 a month in hosting and a meager 12% commission.  After six months the website was breaking even and I opted to go for an affiliate model with less financial risk.  I sold the website back to him for $300.

These are the incentives in the program I am currently in (gross sales on the left):

Up to $1,000 = 10%
$1,001-$5,000 = 20%
$5,001+ = 30%

So of course my goal is to hit $5,000 in gross sales as early in the month as possible.  As soon as I hit that I am getting 30% commissions on each order which is pretty good.  What are the margins on supplements?  50%?  It must be higher than 30% or else that would never be offered as a commission.

Me, embarrassed? I was just there to learn how to do things. It was not my fault that certain people in the locker room drove away talent. It was also not my fault that the promoter did not promote the show properly because of the athletic commission. He did not want to promote the thing the way it needed to be promoted. Plus he was pretty good at talking behind people's backs. I would not be surprised if he told you something crazy. You should here what he told me about you. If they will talk shit to you they will talk shit about you.

As far as you donating, I never told you this, but I double checked with them after you told me about your donations. As far as everyone was concerned, you never made those donations. I don't know if they were lying to me, but they said some pretty funny things about you to me.

All in all, I tried to do my best to be honorable at that place. I did not work other shows because the number of people here that are trained piss poor outnumbers the people who know what they are doing. I would never work APW or any other place because I wanted to work with real workers, and not guys who gave the trainer 100 bucks to teach them how to bump.

When all is said and done, you know what I am saying above is true. You had conversations with me, and I never downed anyone without an explanation. I told you that traveling 200 miles, and sharing a hotel room with 20 other guys (what you claimed to do) just to wrestle for 20 bucks was not smart. It is best to perfect your craft and send a tape to Mcmahon to get into the bigs.

So please, tell us all how I got kicked out of the organization. Then tell me why anyone in their right mind would kick anyone out when their talent was so short at the time. I mean, when I left, you had Brodie, Spanky, Mitchelle, Voodoo, and a few others. Tell me why you would of wanted me to leave when your talent consisted of few people.

Anyway, last time I heard from Brodie, it was Tuesday night at 7:00 and I was not there. He called my cell while I was at the gym. That was it.

How do you like working with Milos? Like what's it like? Is he really attentive, what are you doing with him. I live in LA (just moved out here) and I was thinking of checking out his gym and seeing if he can help my sorry ass.

Jesse says that Melvin didn't put those big donations in the box that he boasted about. Yeah, Goodrum does tend to exaggerate and try to make himself look good. Nice to hear from someone who is honest and who can actually write sentences. So, Melvin has two persona's; a loud, cocky guy for public performances and a nice guy for one on one meetings. We can only imagine meeting a guy like Goodrum who is trying his best to help others! He says he wrestled as Venom Vince Versace but I bet he did what you had to do and that was wrestle for donations. He said his career was short. What career? The guy is a bs-er. He is quite ordinary and hasn't achieved much either professionally or as an athlete or bodybuilder. Thanks for setting the record straight.

Actually, I do not care what a person does for a living, what they look like, or anything else. I value honesty and integrity about people. Living a lifestyle of illusion is not good, and it certaintly is not honest. Vince has the potential to be a good person and good example. I am not saying he is not a good person, I do not know if he is or not beyond what I have seen. He seems nice enough, maybe a little delusional. He told me about Caliber and his telecommunications job, which meant he sold cell phones. Nothing wrong with doing any honest work, but why bullshit about it? "I make pretty good money through my sight, and I also sell cell phones", should be enough.

I do not know why he does what he does on the internet. I would be mortified over my pictures being photoshopped like that. I would also not want the kind of reputation he has on here. I know it is the internet, but still. Why be a laughing stalk anywhere?

Vince, I am not trying to insult you. I made a few jokes on this thread, but thats it. Please tell me what Brodie said about my leaving his organization. Also consider they are closed down, and anyone with any business sense knows what he would do there was sometimes idiotic.
