in the morning with his grits he has 2-3 scoops of protein powder in his shake..plus he puts eggwhites and cheese in his grits.  thats probably 100+grams of protein right there.

then with all the chicken+steak+more protein powder im guessing he finishes with 300ish grams a day.  probably the same amount of carbs.

If meal #1 is 100 grams of protein I doubt he only eats another 200 grams for the rest of the day. He is probably having about 500 grams a day.  In his first video his breakfast is just gritz and a protein shake...in his second offseason video his breakfast is gritz, egg whites, and cheese.  Doesn't eat in his third video.  I'm still waiting for the fourth one in the mail.

Personally I don't believe anything taht these guys say

these guys will only chug a shake when the camera is on (contractual obligations). I saw ronnie's training videos, dude had normal meals just more often than average.

I saw the dexter video and this fucker said:  " I don't do cardio...only 30 minute 3-5 times per week"

Here comes the money shot

looking at what he ate on Cost of Redemption i'd doubt he even eats 250 grams protein a day, probably around 350 carbs.

we had dinner with jay cutler after a contest once, told us he took in 12,000 calories a day, 600 or so grams of protein, 800 or more grams of carbs, then fat.

Say he took 600 protein and 900 fat, that would equal 6000 calories.  So to get to 12,000 calories that must mean he woudl be eating an extra 6000 calories of fat, or 667 grams of fat.  So basically to reach 12,000 calories with what is being quoted for protein and carbs, he would have to basically drinking canola oil by the glass

I can never understand the reason why bodybuilders need to lie about these things, when they still eat more food and more calories than the average person.  They are stronger, eat more and shit more than a normal person, why lie???

Who really cares, what Coleman claims to use and actually does may be two different amounts.  Plus what works for Coleman, may not work for most.

hahahahahaha, exactly, some bodybuilders feel the need to lie and claim to consume absolutely massive amounts of calories but the realistic guys like Bob Chick and others don't see the need to lie about what they eat, Bob eats pretty moderate calories if i remember right, it's like Nasser said, "it doesn't mean the bigger you are the more you are necessarily eating". Look at how fantastic Bob Chick looks with the small waist , that's because the man doesn't stuff himself with neadless calories.

I have been to a seminar by Ronnie. He said he has 600g protein per day and carbs vary depending on what Chad has him doing.  Protein stays pretty consistent.  He usually cycles his carbs for comps, having low, med and high days, the amounts of each vary based on how he looks.  He keeps fats pretty low year round other than occasional cheat meals.  This info is also in an interview that was done straight after 2003 Olympia and printed in MD magazine.
