by simply stating that you both have the mass of a twelve year old girl (not that way rooster, calm down). you both freakout, but look at my condition!!!! big f'n deal. runners have good conditioning too, but they hang out on runners boards, this is bodyBUILDING, boys, that means building bigger, better bodies.

Actually never claimed to be the biggest or the baddest , yet i have won 11 local contests. Your accomplishments in bodybuilding?
