Funny how all of these guys that rag on Mike..never competed, or even better never posted a picture...Mike busted his ass the "old school way" but how many people really would stick out a diet for over 20 weeks, train hard, never missing workouts, do endless cardio sessions and still have a full-time job, other responsibilities and also have a healthy relationship on top of these things...Lets be honest here, Arvilla looks very good, and it was his first contest, and I am sure he will even be better in his next contest...Regardless what place is awarded, as long as you look better than your last show, meet and exceed your goals, you are a winner...so how many winners do we have from these people talking shit ?
