I hate to break this to some of you guys who are on Squad's case...being ripped does not make you stronger. I am sure I will hear the same crap now, but I do not look much different than him...I am 5'6 215-220 pounds...not ripped just big...or fat as some of you are saying. I have deadlifted 615 for a double with no belt, conventional style, 100% natrual. I can slo bench around 365 and squat mid 500's. His claims are not far fecthed at all at his size. In fact, I have some really small guys do some crazy lifts. I saw a guest lifter at a power lifting meet at 165 squat 600 for five good reps. He was sauced but who gives a shit...that is raw power, and he looked like he was just an avergae dude walking down the street. So to summarize...a guy at Squads size can surely squat 405 for reps...not 40 but reps. Also, having some fat does not make you weak and being ripped does not make you stronger.
