You are totally correct.

It is also highly uncomfortable as your elbow is like jammed in your ribcage :-X

It's both. Even if you balance it, there's going to be a lot of strength required to keep you centered on top, so it'd be pressure in every direction around the wrist and shoulder joints.

being 109 pounds probably makes it a little easier than being 270.

Balance would be the far bigger issue than strength I would think.

i agree....it is just like male cheerleaders holding a 120lb chic up with one hand, they pop them up using theirs legs and then lock the elbow, all balance from there

Well for me, I don't find the strength to be much of an issue, where as balance is.
