Hands down Liddell would destroy Flex.....I laugh at those out there that feel BB's/Boxers stand a chance with these sick bastard MMA guys. Especially the elite guys like Liddel, Couture, Matt Hughes, Rich Franklin, Rampage Jackson, etc...maybe he'd have a shot against a Bob Sapp....but these guys have no fear, thrive on getting hit and feeling pain......I'm not a huge MMA fan but can clearly see how easily they would win against boxers/bb's.

I think when Flex was serious about both bbing and Martial Arts he probably was kinda lethal. He was lighter (190-220) and had a passion for both. Keep in mind at the time MMA  was a fledging and nobody really heard of it. No one really know how good Flex might have been had he kept up with his training. Just as no one will know how good Ronnie Coleman could be in Power Lifting.

You must be high.  Flex was a point tournament fighter.  Any good BJJ blue belt would have his butt on the ground and pound the snot out of him, THEN mata leo him.  My partners two kids who are simply high school wrestlers would leg dive him, ankle pick him, single him or seo nage him into a fire hydrant.  Bodybuilders do not a fighter make, PERIOD.  And Sapp would kill him in less than a minute.

hahahahaha, no he's not 5'10" and 240, i met that little bitch in person at a show here in Missouri and i literally hovered over him and i'm only 5'11" and a half to 6 feet tall and weighed 240 pounds at the time, my friend who was 5'10" and 295 pounds was laughing at how small and feminine he was, the show was the Missouri State bb'ing Championships in July of 2000.
