You are looking at 0.0000000000000000000000 0000000000000000000001 percentile of the gene pool...in the world. It's not just the running and dunking. Go to any high school in America, and you'll see black kids naturally 6' 220 sub-10% bf. Pump those kids full of steroids and see how they look. Maybe you can say that this kid has exceptional genetics compared to the average bodybuilder, but I would definitely not say he represents the top .000000000001% of all humans as someone said earlier. Hell, I'm not convinced that the top bodybuilders of today fall into that category. The fact is, bodybuilding is a fringe sport, and those with truly elite genetics go into more lucrative sports like football.

I know what football players look like and the african american population.  They don't have this potential.  At his age he is virtually without peers.  Again his fault is his height (if he is in fact short).

Why not wait till he's 20 or so with a good 5 years of training under his belt then give it a go.
