you don't think that taking that while you train will aid in growth and recovery?
It may aid to a degree, probably not more than having a whey/dex shake before and after workouts for example. Won't have drug like effects or affect muscle growth to the degree that Milos says, that I'm certain of.

VB seems to have a personal thing against everything Milos says.
Not everything but I'm against exaggerated claims aimed at impressionable bodybuilders. I knew it was nothing revolutionary like Milos said a few months ago. These pre/post workout mixes have been around for many years. Just take a look at Biotest's Surge product.

Well, I was responsible and he didn't look as planned - so it is my fault...
Still puzzled about it...but by all means I take the blame.

First - we could have plaid "safe" but I convinced him to go "all out" into shocking, exploding fullness that would make everyone realize how big he really is.
Not too many of you guys saw DJ - full as a house...I did...and it is scary sight...
I was hoping that this kind a look will make everyone take a notice...but we went overboard and he didn't look as planned...

Still, talking about contest prep in general - as I said - it is very easy to JUST GET RIPPED AND DRY...
Once you start "pushing the envelope" and take chances - you pay for the consequences...

Other Dennis (Wolf) for example carbed up with almost 5000 grams of carbs in matter of three days...and we did push the envelope in his case - and he won...

I did 72 pro shows and 72 different preparations regarding my "last week"...Also, I discuss with my athletes exactly WHAT KIND OF LOOK we want to achieve for each and every show...

this is my favorite drinks pre and post sessions,,

pre- 25-50mg ephedrine + 400mg caffeine + little aspirin + 25-50mcg t3 + 2-3mg letro or arimidex and 30mg nolva to make estrogen none existant since estrogen is for girly men when preping,,+ 3 bananas + 100-150mcg clenbuterol or 6mg albuterol + one broken milky winstrol for the color ;) + 30-40mg halo because i like the taste

i take all this,, i mixed it in a nice drink that i call thegh15nobullshitdrink,,then i zip it while taking a dump or peeing

post training i do this,,
i take insulin fast acting put it in me with growth mixed because i love to piss mr gareth off ;),,,then i zip on some eggwhites or protien shake with another banana,,then i wait till my taste buds feel they wanna eat and they do very fast because you remember the t3 from the pre drink....,,,i enter a nice cuban or german place order good nice healthy meal :) and finish it up with my version of crystal light pink lemonade with another 50mcg of t3,,

my muscles love this routine ;)

Normally 5 liters of blood goes through your body with 10-15...OK - 20 % (tops) going to your muscles at rest...

Blood flow increases 5 fold (or more) during intense training...and 60-70...even 80 % going to your muscles!!!

Are you paying attention?

Now, what if that blood is SATURATED with most anabolic nutrients in elemental form - ready to be pushed into the cells (should I say muscle cells)?
Free form aminos - SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS that your body CANNOT manufacture within and therefore MUST be consumed - in right amounts at the right time being in blood which is now delivered to the working muscle with TRANSPORTER (insulin) available and ready to push ALL THE NUTRIENTS (aminos, glucose, ATP...) where they suppose to go (muscle cells off course)...

It's actually a very good idea Milos...congrats.

This "reaction" in the body is called Active Hyperemia, and I think it increases blood flow to working muscles a lot more than five fold  :o

Great way to capitalize on post workout "muscle feeding."  ;)

It's not a new idea by any means. Like I said Biotest has pimped this idea for years. There are studies on protein synthesis comparing aminos/protein taken before/after training (yes protein synthesis increases more acutely if you feed before, glycogen synthesis as well). There are studies showing a feeding increases blood flow further during training as well (via the vasodilation induced by insulin). Seems like Milos hasn't looked at the available research since he thinks his idea is new. Multiple supplement companies have pre/post amino/carb mixes out, and have for quite a while.

Interesting that Milos advocates training similar to what Larry Scott did. Fast sets and super pump. Then he feeds the muscle often before, during and after pumping it. Is that sufficient to make muscles grow? Not sure. I have a different approach that I find successful for most muscles. Not sure I have the motivation to get really big legs!

Am curious what Milos thinks about gh15 training tips re drug immersion.
