in all serousness though; if youve never tried doing deads on the smith you should really try them out next back day. i love doing them. you can go really heavy, and it gives you an awesome deep burn in the lats when you do 'em right.  i like to do them first, so my lats are pumped when i do my pull downs, thus making it easier to isolate my back from my bi's in that movement.

Just wanna say that you guys have done a great job with this series.....especially since it's the first time with it. 8)  Chic, I've busted your balls on a lot of stuff, and you've fired right back.  For that you deserve kudos for doing a great job on this.  You're starting to get really good at this my friend.  Keep up the good work!  I don't know if it was my suggestion that got you to do it, but I'm glad to see that you ended up making these be viewable in full screen mode after the first few.

I really hope that you guys shoot the O in normal mode.  When I hooked up one of the webcasts of one of the shows to my bigscreen, it seemed like everyones physique was really distorted bcuz it was shot with a wide screen angle cam.  Even Gustavo's atrophied legs are going to look like Platz's if you do that for the O.   :P  I'd definitely prefer to pay 30 bucks to see it done right, but it is what it is, and I just wanna say thanks to bb.com for providing this series, the smaller shows, listening to our suggestions, and soon the Mr. O for free in lieu of the PPV!

Mad props to you guys.    8)

The series is done....I covered as many people as I could. REgretfully, I wasn't able to get Big Will Harris shot in time to get it edited and posted up, BUT....I did my best. We'll see big Will at the press conference...I promise he'll be heard!

Hope everyone liked it, and hopefully, we'll be back at it next year, bigger and better...not bad for a first run!

Chick, props for this whole Olympia series. They were very interesting, and gave us a good idea of what the pros were actually doing for preparation and training, and their thoughts on the competition. I'm sure next years series will be even better. Thanks once again.
