Muscle Memory is pretty cool huh?
It's amazing. I'm seriously not blowing my own horn, but at 45, I'm dropping just as fast as I did when I was 28, very little to no loose skin (which is what I was worried about at my age) and my conditioning is getting right up to par with the old pics I have on here. The only exception is I obviously look older but my muscle is more mature and 40lbs more muscle with little symmetry disturbed.
Magnum has been advising me on my diet and Rory Leidelmyer has been critiquing my progress.....I'm waaaaay ahead of schedule. Like i said before, I'll be about 35-40lbs heavier with better conditioning. I'll post some pics when I feel more confident.
My only concerns are I'm training with a torn meniscus and a grade 1-2 sprain on my ACL and I tore my pec about 4 years ago and a slight retear about 11/2 years ago. I still can do my regular leg training but an concerned that I might have lost some size because of the pain I'm training with, hopefully it won't be that noticable on stage.
