I don't think this guy has the guts to train like an animal. After seeing these pictures vince goodrum/billy guns look like genetic freaks of nature. And you have to be one in a million to have genetics worse than those guys.

Full body workouts are good for an athlete who is in season and training for speed and conditioning, for your average lifter, its not gonna get them the results they want.
