those are methods of increasing muscle endurance.  They do not increase tension applied to a muscle, but they are probably useful tools for bodybuilders

no you have to increase force applied which can be accomplished with more weight or by changing how you are applying force to the weight.

If you apply force to the weight, you are increasing the weight....more weight= more force.

no you are applying force to lift the weight.  depending on how you lift it it will take more or less force.

How you lift it will involve different muscles outside of the target muscle.
