I am not sure if that program is Y board worthy tbh. More Block would be good and ffs can they keep it to one oiled up muscle dude a week, I see no need to kill 55 minutes talking about dudes glutes and what they fkn eat. $:-\$

Yeah, it was 55 minutes of talking about contest prep and shit. Block was basically "muzzled" when I was under the impression we were going to be able to ask him questions about bitches, life and whatever. I guess they thought talking to a few relatively unknown bodybuilders was more important than taking calls from the people who listen
