Where Rocky's apartment was and the bridge where he gets dropped off by Gazo are horrible and I mean like shot to pieces horrible. Basically anywhere blacks reside except for Mt. Airy is shitty. Center City has really come up the last 10 years. I remember working down there and it would shut down at 7pm. Now it's got some life to it.
