sorry i don't have pic to post but night of champions 1999(won by big paul dillet) was a contest when milos had ridiculous synthol biceps. he could barely flex properly. In fairness he did later admit that he had shown up for the 1999 season with arms that did not even look like they belonged to him. I'd like to see pics of when he ruined his arms just before a show with the famous plasma expander scandal.

He said the oil caused damage that made his arms atrophy. Notice that he hasn't shown his arms in years, at least that I've seen. Probably the reason he hasn't competed, and not because he had to oil up Cutler and didn't have time to apply his own tan.
