I don't think it was just the Advill - although I take your point about the dangerous amounts of painkillers they take and the extra burden this places on the body. I think the damage was done by a combination of the cocktail of drugs he took. However, when one of these major league drug users gets a 'complication' then there is always an attempt to deny the root cause was the banned drugs - congenital defect is another favorite.

Yeah there was obviously many factors that lead to his problems (gear, advill and don't forget very high amounts of protein). Regardless of if he was an arsehole or not, i feel sorry for the guy. Looked like an absolute monster when he was competing. Must be hard to imagine what he thinks when he looks in the mirror and literally sees half the man staring back at him. Still, i guess he's just happy to be alive. He did almost die for us bitches.
