Everytime I tried to log into my hotmail account, it would say I tried to many times to log into the account and it wouldnt let me.  I am gathering someone (I have a REALLY good idea) was tring to guess the pw.  Does this sound right?

yessir thats exactly what happened if you enter your password or adress wrong a certian amount of times you get cut off for a bit
