Saturday afternoons are what its all about !!

Just bin the gym to do chest, got back, some nice food, a few joints and a few beers, then going to the Liverpool v Sunderland game !! Thats how to spend a saturday afternoon. Best 8 hours of the week. Dont waste your saturday afternoons bitches  :)

I just got home from work this morning and I'm off to bed real soon, and then the gym! Then some good time off with the family. Nice to be home! :)
