1) Exactly how is it the place of governmant to be concerning itself with something like "athletics"?  Don't they have more important things to worry about?

2) If their motivation really is "cheating in athletics", why not focus on that, rather than going after the suppliers and the cosmetic, non-athlete users (who make up the bulk of AAS users).
