The great Getbig unwashed are rather intolerant and thick as well. Most here stick to inherited beliefs and dogma and are incapable of independent thought or behaviour.
There is a classic study done on, I think, the Pima Indians in America. They have become prosperous because a casino is on the reservation and most enjoy a modern lifestyle of abundance and little physical work. The result is they have the highest rate of diabetes in America. High blood pressure and obesity are also problems.
There is a community of related Indians in Mexico where they live without electricity or many modern conveniences. They have to labour long and hard to survive there. That community has no obesity or diabetes. Clearly, lifestyle and the environment are important but these people have genetic characteristics that are expressed only when they become obese. I don't think they have had much success reversing or controlling the problems.
Like I said, bodybuilders are oblivious of the problems faced by obese people. Their solutions are not supported by science because once obesity has established itself it is very difficult to permanently reverse. Those of you who think it is easy obviously don't work in gyms. Oh, sure, everyone thinks that if you can control what these people eat the fat would fall off. Well, that doesn't always happen because a lot of the size of obese people is fluid retention. Most here have little idea about obesity. It would benefit everyone if they did study this problem but most here assume the way to get big muscles is to take more drugs.
