How to make super crappy hamburgers

Here's how to make nasty ass hamburgers and piss yourself off 

Use "whole grain" buns 

Add all sorts of stupid shit like "generic hamburger flavoring mix" and breadcrumbs to the meat. 

Use "real" cheese instead of the tastier pre-sliced American variety. 

Cook the meat for a long time so it's safe for your kids and dry as a bone 

Top with hard, out of season tomatoes 

Add weird condiments like relish

What about mushrooms?  I hate them on anything unless I do it because they always fuck it up.  proper like--sauteed w/ butter, white wine, tat seasoned, flamage, not over done, booya... serve...  Not normally my thing on a burger but about once a year I'm in the mood for it and done just right, yum--otherwise I hate them.

Hamburgers should be fried, not grilled. Thats how they do it in diners.

I was watching the food channel the other day and it was on the best hamburgers.  There is a diner (can't remember where) that deep fries their hamburger meat.  They grab it out of the deep fryer with the spatula and one bun.  Then place it on on top of the other.  It drips of grease big time.  Plus, they recycle the oil and it is the same oil they used over 90 years ago.  It even made me almost throwup
