Did dips for a while, After heavy shoulders, and heavy cgbp , I got up to 70 kg weights + 108 kg bodyweight + belt ( it was very light belt , crap quality, It got tore in half later on when I did dips with it)
Hurt my shoulders, and the dips handles were too far apart. The reps were also deep. But imo dips are not a favourable exercise to go heavy on.
