Just remembered devil's rejects...I think it was house's sequel wasn't it?  Anyway just googled it and realized your avatar is from that movie, not house.  Both are sick sick sick movies.  Loved 'em both ;D

Why has this board never been popular?  Why has this board always lacked that 'it' factor?

I believe this boards lack of appeal rests solely on the shoulders of those who modded it. 

It is the moderators responsibility to set the 'pace' and 'flow' of a board. 

The mod influences the direction and style of the board.

Let's hope that the new mod has some creativity and flair. 

This board has been languishing for far too long.  Maybe the new mod can restore some well deserved cred.

The new mod must be bold and act without fear or favour.  They must be brutal yet sensitive, harsh but delicate.

My point is, the new mod must reflect a unique and undefined creativity.

If this board is to survive the mod must not again be a bland and pandering moron!

The new mod must go 'balls to the wall' and compete with the G&O board.

The new mod must not be a dud like all the rest.  He must possess an indescribable flair that has the ability to carry this board.

The new mod must not be pussy like the ones gone past.  He must be able to stand alone and make the big calls.
