He should. The Affliction card next month will be the best of the year. Donald has tons and tons of money.  Donald pays attention to details, he knows how to put out a great product. He knows business. He is not afraid to take some losses in the beginning. He realises, obviously, that MMA has a very bright future. Donald Trump will pay his fighters, there is NO question about that. I also believe that WHEN, not IF, New York sanctions MMA fights he will be the first to sell out the Garden. Lets face it, New York is his city. Dana has been too greedy, and too arrogant for too long. Affliction will be the future. Watch as the contracts begin to expire, one by one and more and more fighters join up with Donald Trump and get the payday they truly deserve for putting their lives on the line everytime they step into the ring.

When I first read your post, I thought you were crazy. Why wouldn't Donald Trump try to put some of his own money and his own personal touch to help out Affliction? Now after seeing his press conference, I think you could be on the right track. He hurried through the whole event and didn't seem very interested at all. I don't understand how his "prestige" alone is going to help much. Real estate and MMA are two totally different things. He isn't known for MMA but he is for real estate. Maybe he is just using Affliction to get back at Cuban, but I haven't heard Cuban's name in the news at all short of him trying to buy the Chicago Cubs and I also thought I read that him and Randy Coture were working on some project?
