I am glad that just about everyone I've told about Greek yogurt (here and IRL) LOVES it.  It's becoming quite popular as of late, so it's much easier to find.  Don't be fooled though.  Dannon and Yoplait are hopping on the bandwagon and in true form they use cheap, inferior ingredients and processes like gelatin and milk from hormone treated cows. The gelatin allows them to artificially inflate the protein content. I wonder why they need to ADD vitamin D  ::)  Stick with the real, original thing - Fage, Chobani, Oikos, Brown Cow, Siggi, Trader Joes...

Well, the Dannon and Yoplait have taken over the shelves at my grocery store  ::)  I've tried them both and have to admit the Dannon is pretty good.  The Yoplait on the other hand  :-X (not smooth and creamy and has an off taste) which isn't surprising since the ingredients are as follows:
Cultured pasteurized non-fat milk, milk protein concentrate, Kosher geletin, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D. Does not contain live active cultures  ::)  So.....what makes this a yogurt?

Ingredients in Fage:

Grade A Pasteurized Skimmed Milk, Live Active Yogurt Cultures (L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus)

Ingredients in Chobani

When not concerned about carbs, honey is a great topping.

When going low-carb, try mixing a scoop of protein powder with it. It tastes like eating raw cake batter when you were a kid.

Thanks to my womanfriend and GB, I've started eating yogurt. Greek (FAGE) all the way with cinnamon, oats, and honey!

I like using agave nectar.  Stevia is nasty by the way.  You have to mix it with splenda or something else to make it tolerable.

I use honey or agave. Whatever's at hand, really. What is the deal with agave and fructose? Someone was going on about the source of its fructose and how it's evil. I told them to go to hell.

They're probably thinking HFCS - not regular fructose.

Target is carrying FAGE now!  It's on sale this week $2.66 for 17oz container.  My usual grocery store is $5.59.

I just tried Trader Joes Greek Style 0% Nonfat Plain Yogurt and this stuff is AMAZING!  SOOOOO thick and creamy with 120 calories per cup, 22g protein, 7g carb and 0g fat, mixed with a little Splenda and blueberries.... YUMMY.  I'm hooked!   Not at all like the Dannon's and Yoplait's out there.

sorry.... thought this thread was about something else...
