oh and to keep this on track

Meal 1: 100g White Rice & 10 eggwhites & half a scoop whey

WORKOUT

Meal 2: 45g dextrose & 50g whey 

Meal 3: 35g White Rice  & 200g Chiken or Cod

Meal 4: 200g red meat

Meal 5: 1 ½ can tuna & green veggies

Meal 6: 200g mini Cottage cheese


chicken or cod u dont know which one you eat????

4 omega eggs and 4 whites...2 slices of organic pumpernickel bread, 1 apple
8 oz lean ground turkey w/ onions and broccoli, 1 tbsp extra virgin oilive oil

8 oz salmon 8 oz sweet potatoe green salad w/ peppers and tomatoes
12 egg whites w/ mushrooms and onions and peppers, 1.5tbsp almond butter

hmmm those are good stats...i notice u dont eat a lot of carbs? are u cutting now or do u just not like to eat lotta carbs?

3 packs oatemal + cinnamon + splenda + whey +skim milk

chicken + chili + tortillas (burrito kinda thing)


4 tacos + 3 chicken sandwhiches with bacon + one hamburger+ large seasoned curly fry + oreo milkshake + 50 gram muscle milk sample + 30 g whey


thats it so far...when i get home (at school right now)..ill eat somoe more..

2. MRP with oats is a shake. i was at school, when not i have the same as 1 without the bannanas.

3. turkey breast about 200gr, rice, broccoli with tomatoe sauce made by me...

5. turkey and rice only

6. egg whites and some veggies, nuts.



+ fish oil with each meal, chocolates, choco milk and some junk here and there. all set.  ;D

Started with some unpasteurized goat biodynamic goat cheese and 3 raw eggs.  Lunch was some raw lamb with unpasteurized butter with olive oil along with some more unpasteurized cheese.  Dinner was the same.  That wasn't that much food, I really should eat some more!  Gonna pound some raw eggs.

Yesterday, since today just started:

10AM (I sleep late)- 2 omega eggs, 50g egg whites, 2 packets low sugar Apple Cinnimon oatmeal

Train 11AM-12PM

12PM- Protein shake (50g protein) with banana, pineapple, strawberry

3PM- two chicken breasts, white rice, mixed veggie

6PM- Protein shake w water

8PM- two chicken breasts, 1 packet oatmeal

10PM- Protein shake w water

1AM- 10 oz steak, broccoli.

Fat shake with 8 eggs, 1/8thlb raw butter, 1tbsp unheated honey, 2 boxes of frozen berries, then a whole mackerel about an hour after.  For dinner, just over a pound of raw ground lamb with parsley, chives, 2 raw eggs, chopped onion, some more raw butter, and a bit more unheated honey.  Damn good.

Lets see yesterday was a pretty light day.

I had

1. 1/2 cup oatmeal with raisans and 5 whole eggs with cheese.
2. 50 g whey protein with 6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream.
3. 12 oz boneless chicken thighs with plate of broccoli.
4. Same as meal 3.
5. Whey Shake with 1/4 cup almonds.

Thats it.
