not 'dave palumbo's' diet, but ive done keto diets several times before.
yeah i agree it does feel good and yeah it drys you out too.
dave diet can be improved upon though.. in my opinion he has guys eat too much dietary fat, not enough fish oi, and is dumb for setting fish oil intake to 3 caps per ay... i would lower fat intake, increase fish oil and also i wouldnt have guys worry about trace carbs from nuts, meats, eggs, and veggies.
I get where your coming from with that, I kind of modified it myself too, instead of the omega-3 eggs I just ate regular eggs, also I had two salmon meals instead of 1, and yeah I added extra doses of fish oil. It seriously worked for me for the GetBig 3 comp, I don't know if my body just reacted by switching to a different diet 2 weeks out or what, but it worked real well. Also I think the added cholesterol from the whole eggs may have helped in some way.
