Time after time, he implies it is true by not claiming otherwise or opposing my statement that he no longer lifts.
He knows he doesn't lift anymore and is not proud of that fact. He does wish he'd get up and do it, but the lazy piece of shit lacks the courage to do so. Believe it or not, I'm helping him by pointing this out.
Chaos, just do 1) a set of squats to failure, 2) a set of rows to failure, then 3) a set of dips or bench to failure.
